Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged. This keeps chairs open for clients who need them. To cancel or reschedule, use your booking confirmation or call (682) 223-1018.
Payment
Pay at the shop after your service. Prices shown are starting prices.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome during open hours and are served as chairs open up. Appointments get priority.
Late arrivals
Running late? Call us. We'll do our best to fit you in, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to stay on time for the next client.
